Health and Safety Code § 242.308 (2)","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS.","body":"The department shall serve as the administrator of the licensing activities under this subchapter and shall provide staff as necessary for the licensing and regulation of nursing facility administrators under this subchapter.
