Health and Safety Code § 242.318","heading":"MONITORING OF LICENSE HOLDER.","body":"The executive commissioner by rule shall develop a system for monitoring a license holder's compliance with the requirements of this subchapter. Rules adopted under this section shall include procedures for monitoring a license holder who is required by the department to perform certain acts to ascertain that the license holder performs the required acts and to identify and monitor license holders who represent a risk to the public.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1280, Sec. 1.01, eff.
