Health and Safety Code § 242.319 (2)","heading":"WRITTEN REPRIMAND AND CONTINUING EDUCATION AS SANCTIONS.","body":"In addition to the other disciplinary actions authorized under this subchapter, the board may issue a written reprimand to a license holder who violates this subchapter or require that a license holder who violates this subchapter participate in continuing education programs.
