Health and Safety Code § 242.609","heading":"TRAINING PROGRAMS TO ADMINISTER MEDICATION.","body":"(a) An application for the approval of a training program must be made to the department on a form and under rules prescribed by the executive commissioner.\n(b) The department shall approve a training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 242.608.
