Health and Safety Code § 247.088","heading":"EXCHANGE AND FILING OF INFORMATION.","body":"Not later than the seventh day before the first day of arbitration, the department and the facility shall exchange and file with the arbitrator:\n(1) all documentary evidence not previously exchanged and filed that is relevant to the dispute; and\n(2) information relating to a proposed resolution of the dispute.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 218 (H.B. 33), Sec. 2, eff.
