Health and Safety Code § 248.023","heading":"ISSUANCE AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a license to an applicant if on inspection and investigation it finds that the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter and department rules.\n(b) A license shall be renewed at the times and in accordance with department rules.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 115, eff.
