Health and Safety Code § 248.027","heading":"CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS.","body":"(a) If there are no local regulations in effect or enforced in the area in which a special care facility is located, the facility's construction must conform to the minimum standards established by the executive commissioner.\n(b) Construction of a facility is subject to construction plan approval by the department.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 115, eff.
