Health and Safety Code § 248A.103","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall set fees imposed by this chapter in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the cost of administering this chapter.\n(b) A fee collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund.\n(c) A fee collected under this chapter is nonrefundable.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1168 (S.B. 492), Sec. 1, eff.
