Health and Safety Code § 248A.152","heading":"RESTRICTIONS ON HOURS, SERVICES, AND PATIENT CAPACITY.","body":"(a) A center may not provide services to a minor for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.\n(b) A center may not provide services other than services regulated under this chapter and department rule.\n(c) The maximum patient capacity at a center may not exceed 60.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1168 (S.B. 492), Sec. 1, eff.
