Health and Safety Code § 248A.158","heading":"RELATION TO NURSING SERVICES.","body":"(a) Subject to Subsection (b), nursing services provided to a client by a center must be a replacement of private duty nursing or other skilled nursing services provided in a setting other than a center unless additional nursing services are medically necessary.\n(b) A center may provide nursing services in a group setting, consistent with appropriate staffing ratios as the executive commissioner determines.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 557 (H.B. 2340), Sec. 9, eff.
