Health and Safety Code § 250.009","heading":"CIVIL LIABILITY.","body":"(a) A facility, an officer or employee of a facility, a financial management services agency, or an individual employer is not civilly liable for failure to comply with this chapter if the facility, financial management services agency, or individual employer makes a good faith effort to comply.\n(b) A regulatory agency is not civilly liable to a person for criminal history record information forwarded to a requesting facility in accordance with this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 747, Sec. 25, eff.
