Health and Safety Code § 252.010","heading":"CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATORS; FEE.","body":"A facility that hires a new administrator or other person designated as the chief management officer for the facility shall:\n(1) notify the department in writing of the change not later than the 30th day after the date on which the change becomes effective; and\n(2) pay a $20 administrative fee to the department.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 693, Sec. 1, eff.
