Health and Safety Code § 252.063","heading":"LICENSE REQUIREMENTS; CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 252.031.\n(b) An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 for the first offense and not more than $500 for each subsequent offense.\n(c) Each day of a continuing violation after conviction is a separate offense.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 693, Sec. 1, eff.
