Health and Safety Code § 252.181","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Plan of care\" means a written description of the care, training, and treatment needed by a person during respite care.\n(2) \"Respite care\" means the provision by a facility to a person, for not more than two weeks for each stay in the facility, of:\n(A) room and board; and\n(B) care at the level ordinarily provided for permanent residents.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 693, Sec. 1, eff.
