Health and Safety Code § 263.042","heading":"OPERATION OF BOARD OF MANAGERS.","body":"(a) The board of managers shall elect from among its members a president, at least one vice-president, a secretary, and a treasurer.\n(b) The county judge of the county in which the hospital is located may vote to break a tie vote by the board of managers.\n(c) The board of managers shall meet at the hospital at least once a month and may meet at other times as provided by its bylaws.\n(d) The board of managers shall hold an annual meeting before the beginning of the third week preceding the date of the meeting of the commissioners court at which the court considers appropriations for the following year.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
