Health and Safety Code § 282.044","heading":"CONTRACTING AUTHORITY.","body":"(a) In performing its powers under this subchapter the board may contract with:\n(1) the federal government;\n(2) this state;\n(3) a municipality; and\n(4) another hospital district.\n(b) The district may incur indebtedness or borrow money for district purposes on the credit of the district or secured by the revenues of a district hospital.\n(c) The district may contract with another community, corporation, or individual for services provided by the district.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
