Health and Safety Code § 283.049","heading":"DISTRICT INSPECTIONS.","body":"(a) The district facilities may be inspected by a representative of the Department of State Health Services or any other state agency or board authorized to supervise a hospital.\n(b) A resident district officer shall:\n(1) admit an inspector into the district facilities; and\n(2) on demand give the inspector access to records, reports, books, papers, and accounts related to the district.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
