Health and Safety Code § 285.022","heading":"AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, OPERATE, AND LEASE PARKING STATION.","body":"(a) A hospital district located in a county with a population of more than 1.5 million may construct, enlarge, furnish, equip, operate, or lease a parking station near a hospital in the district on the determination by the commissioners court of the county that the action is in the best interest of the hospital district and the residents of the district.\n(b) A lease under this section may be made to a person on terms considered appropriate by the commissioners court.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
