Health and Safety Code § 286.148","heading":"APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION OF BONDS.","body":"(a) District bonds are subject to the same requirements with regard to approval by the attorney general and registration by the comptroller as the law provides for approval and registration of bonds issued by counties.\n(b) On approval by the attorney general and registration by the comptroller, the bonds are incontestable for any cause.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 121, eff.
