Health and Safety Code § 287.122","heading":"ANNUAL AUDIT.","body":"(a) The board annually shall have an independent audit made of the financial condition of the district.\n(b) A copy of the audit must be provided to:\n(1) each county and hospital district that created and contracted with the district;\n(2) each state and federal agency with which the district contracts; and\n(3) each other entity that contributes substantial funds to the district.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1293, Sec. 1, eff.
