Health and Safety Code § 298B.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of hospital managers of the district.\n(2) \"District\" means the Tarrant County Hospital District.\n(3) \"Institutional health care provider\" means a nonpublic hospital located in the district that provides inpatient hospital services.\n(4) \"Paying provider\" means an institutional health care provider required to make a mandatory payment under this chapter.\n(5) \"Program\" means the health care provider participation program authorized by this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 457 (S.B. 1462), Sec. 28, eff.
