Health and Safety Code § 300A.0003","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"This chapter applies only to:\n(1) a hospital district that:\n(A) is not participating in a health care provider participation program authorized by another chapter of this subtitle; and\n(B) has only one institutional health care provider located in the district; and\n(2) a county or municipality that:\n(A) is not participating in a health care provider participation program authorized by another chapter of this subtitle;\n(B) is not served by a hospital district or a public hospital; and\n(C) has only one institutional health care provider located in the county or municipality.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 923 (H.B. 4289), Sec. 2, eff.
