Health and Safety Code § 300A.0021","heading":"CREATION BY CONCURRENT ORDERS.","body":"(a) A local government and one or more other local governments may create a district by adopting concurrent orders.\n(b) A concurrent order to create a district must:\n(1) be approved by the governing body of each creating local government;\n(2) contain identical provisions; and\n(3) define the boundaries of the district to be coextensive with the combined boundaries of each creating local government.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 923 (H.B. 4289), Sec. 2, eff.
