Health and Safety Code § 300C.0003","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"This chapter applies only to a local government that jointly created a health care provider participation district by concurrent order under Chapter 300A and is:\n(1) a county with a population of more than 80,000 and less than 90,000 that borders the Trinity River;\n(2) a county with a population of more than 45,000 and less than 55,000 that borders Oklahoma; or\n(3) a hospital district located in a county that has a population of more than 30,000 and contains a portion of Jim Chapman Lake.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 525 (H.B. 3505), Sec. 1, eff.
