Health and Safety Code § 300C.0022","heading":"POWERS.","body":"(a) A district may authorize and administer a health care provider participation program in accordance with this chapter.\n(b) Notwithstanding Section 300A.0155, a district that complies with the provisions of this chapter may administer and operate a health care provider participation program under this chapter after its authority to administer and operate a program under Chapter 300A has expired.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 525 (H.B. 3505), Sec. 1, eff.
