Health and Safety Code § 300C.0027","heading":"DISTRICT FINANCES.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, Subchapter F, Chapter 287, applies to a district in the same manner that the provisions of that subchapter apply to a health services district created under Chapter 287.\n(b) Sections 287.129 and 287.130 do not apply to a district.\n(c) This section does not authorize a district to issue bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 525 (H.B. 3505), Sec. 1, eff.
