Health and Safety Code § 300C.0052","heading":"LIMITATION ON AUTHORITY OF BOARD TO REQUIRE MANDATORY PAYMENT.","body":"(a) The board may require a mandatory payment authorized under this chapter by an institutional health care provider in the district only in the manner provided by this chapter.\n(b) The board may not require a mandatory payment under this chapter during a period for which the board requires a mandatory payment under Chapter 300A.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 525 (H.B. 3505), Sec. 1, eff.
