Health and Safety Code § 32.043","heading":"DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT.","body":"The department shall:\n(1) develop and monitor a statewide network of voluntary perinatal health care systems;\n(2) develop and maintain a perinatal reporting and analysis system to monitor and evaluate perinatal patient care in the perinatal health care systems in this state; and\n(3) provide for coordination and cooperation in this state and among this state and adjoining states.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 124, Sec. 7, eff.
