Health and Safety Code § 34.003","heading":"TERMS; VACANCY.","body":"(a) Review committee members appointed by the commissioner serve staggered six-year terms, with one-third or as near as possible to one-third of the members' terms expiring February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) A review committee member may serve more than one term.\n(c) A vacancy on the review committee shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as the original appointment.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 527 (S.B. 495), Sec. 1, eff.
