Health and Safety Code § 361.064","heading":"PERMIT APPLICATION FORM AND PROCEDURES.","body":"(a) If the commission exercises the power to issue permits for solid waste facilities under this subchapter, the commission, to the extent not otherwise provided by this subchapter, shall prescribe:\n(1) the form of and reasonable requirements for the permit application; and\n(2) the procedures for processing the application.\n(b) The commission shall provide a thorough and timely review of and a timely issuance or denial of any permit application for a solid waste management facility.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
