Health and Safety Code § 361.454","heading":"LEAD-ACID BATTERY WHOLESALERS.","body":"Any person selling new lead-acid batteries at wholesale shall accept from customers, at the point of transfer, used lead-acid batteries for recycling, if offered by customers. A person accepting batteries in transfer from a battery retailer shall remove batteries from the retail point of collection within 90 days after acceptance.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 303, Sec. 1, eff.
