Health and Safety Code § 361.977","heading":"TELEVISION RECYCLING ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The television recycling account is an account in the general revenue fund that consists of the:\n(1) fees collected under Section 361.976; and\n(2) interest earned on the money in the account.\n(b) Money in the account may be appropriated only to the commission to be used by the commission to maintain a public Internet website and toll-free telephone number that provide consumers with information about covered television equipment recycling opportunities in this state.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 605 (S.B. 329), Sec. 1, eff.
