Health and Safety Code § 361.988","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Section 361.976(a), this subchapter does not authorize the commission to impose a fee, including a recycling fee, on a consumer, television manufacturer, retailer, or person who recycles covered television equipment.\n(b) Fees or costs collected under this subchapter may be used by the commission only to implement this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 605 (S.B. 329), Sec. 1, eff.
