Health and Safety Code § 361.990","heading":"MANAGEMENT OF COLLECTED TELEVISION EQUIPMENT.","body":"(a) Covered television equipment collected under this subchapter must be disposed of or recycled in a manner that complies with federal, state, and local law.\n(b) The commission shall adopt as standards for recycling or reuse of covered television equipment in this state the standards provided by \"Electronics Recycling Operating Practices\" as approved by the board of directors of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Incorporated, April 25, 2006, or other standards from a comparable nationally recognized organization.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 605 (S.B. 329), Sec. 1, eff.
