Health and Safety Code § 363.114","heading":"RESOURCE RECOVERY SERVICE; FEES.","body":"(a) A public agency may offer a resource recovery service to persons in its jurisdictional boundaries and may charge fees for that service.\n(b) To aid in enforcing collection of fees for a resource recovery service, a public agency, after notice and hearing, may suspend service provided by any utility owned or operated by the public agency to a person who is delinquent in payment of those fees.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
