Health and Safety Code § 363.131","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.","body":"(a) A public agency may issue bonds in the name of the public agency to acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, and repair all or part of a solid waste management system, including a resource recovery system.\n(b) Pending the issuance of definitive bonds, a public agency may issue negotiable interim bonds eligible for exchange or substitution on issuance of definitive bonds.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
