Health and Safety Code § 363.143","heading":"FEES FOR SERVICES.","body":"(a) While bonds are outstanding, the governing body may adopt and collect fees for services furnished or made available by the solid waste management system, including a resource recovery system.\n(b) The fees must be adequate to provide and maintain the funds created by the resolution authorizing the bonds and to pay:\n(1) operational costs or expenses allocable to the solid waste management system, including a resource recovery system; and\n(2) the principal of and interest on the bonds.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
