Health and Safety Code § 364.0341","heading":"SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES IN EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES.","body":"(a) This section applies only to a municipality wholly or partly located in a county with a population of more than 57,000 and less than 57,900.\n(b) Notwithstanding Sections 364.011(a) and 364.034(a), a county may offer, require the use of, and charge a fee for solid waste disposal services in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality.\n(c) A municipality may not provide solid waste disposal services or charge a fee for those services in the municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction if the county provides those services under Subsection (b).\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1240 (H.B. 3045), Sec. 1, eff.
