Health and Safety Code § 364.036","heading":"AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE DISPOSAL SERVICES TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON.","body":"A contract or group of contracts under this chapter may provide that:\n(1) a county may render concurrently to more than one person services relating to the construction or operation of all or part of a solid waste disposal system; and\n(2) the cost of the services will be allocated among the several persons as determined by the contract or group of contracts.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
