Health and Safety Code § 366.0512","heading":"MULTIPLE TREATMENT SYSTEMS.","body":"A multiple system of treatment devices and disposal facilities may be permitted as an on-site disposal system under this chapter if the system:\n(1) is located on a tract of land of at least 100 acres in size;\n(2) produces not more than 5,000 gallons a day on an annual average basis;\n(3) is used only on a seasonal or intermittent basis; and\n(4) is used only for disposal of sewage produced on the tract of land on which any part of the system is located.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 965, Sec. 20.03, eff.
