Health and Safety Code § 374.151","heading":"RESPONSE TO RELEASE.","body":"(a) A person may not knowingly allow a release.\n(b) A person who knows of a release of more than one quart of a chlorinated dry cleaning solvent or of more than one gallon of a non-chlorinated dry cleaning solvent shall:\n(1) immediately contain and control the release; and\n(2) notify the commission of the release before the expiration of 24 hours after the person learns of the release.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 540, Sec. 1, eff.
