Health and Safety Code § 382.0171","heading":"ALTERNATIVE FUELS AND SELECT-USE TECHNOLOGIES.","body":"(a) In adopting rules, the commission shall encourage and may allow the use of natural gas and other alternative fuels, as well as select-use technologies, that will reduce emissions.\n(b) Any orders or determinations made under this section must be consistent with Section 382.024.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 138, eff.
