Health and Safety Code § 382.0514","heading":"SAMPLING, MONITORING, AND CERTIFICATION.","body":"The commission may require, at the expense of the permit holder and as a condition of the permit:\n(1) sampling and monitoring of a permitted federal source or facility;\n(2) certification of the compliance of the owner or operator of the permitted federal source with the terms and conditions of the permit and with all applicable requirements; and\n(3) a periodic report of:\n(A) the results of sampling and monitoring; and\n(B) the certification of compliance.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S., ch. 3, Sec. 2.08, eff.
