Health and Safety Code § 382.0515","heading":"APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.","body":"A person applying for a permit shall submit to the commission:\n(1) a permit application;\n(2) copies of all plans and specifications necessary to determine if the facility or source will comply with applicable federal and state air control statutes, rules, and regulations and the intent of this chapter; and\n(3) any other information the commission considers necessary.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S., ch. 3, Sec. 2.08, eff.
