Health and Safety Code § 382.0517","heading":"DETERMINATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLETION OF APPLICATION.","body":"The commission shall determine when an application filed under Section 382.054 or Section 382.0518 is administratively complete. On determination, the commission by mail shall notify the applicant and any interested party who has requested notification. If the number of interested parties who have requested notification makes it impracticable for the commission to notify those parties by mail, the commission shall notify those parties by publication using the method prescribed by Section 382.031(a).\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S., ch. 3, Sec. 2.08, eff.
