Health and Safety Code § 382.115","heading":"COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS.","body":"A local government may execute cooperative agreements with the commission or other local governments:\n(1) to provide for the performance of air quality management, inspection, and enforcement functions and to provide technical aid and educational services to a party to the agreement; and\n(2) for the transfer of money or property from a party to the agreement to another party to the agreement for the purpose of air quality management, inspection, enforcement, technical aid, and education.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
