Health and Safety Code § 382.501","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the School Land Board.\n(2) \"Bureau\" means the Bureau of Economic Geology at The University of Texas at Austin.\n(3) \"Carbon dioxide repository\" means an offshore deep subsurface geologic repository for the storage of anthropogenic carbon dioxide.\n(4) \"Land commissioner\" means the commissioner of the General Land Office.\n(5) \"Offshore\" has the meaning assigned by Section 27.040, Water Code.\n(6) \"Railroad commission\" means the Railroad Commission of Texas.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1125 (H.B. 1796), Sec. 1, eff.
