Health and Safety Code § 382.652","heading":"GRAYSON COUNTY PILOT PROGRAM.","body":"This subchapter applies only to:\n(1) a semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility that begins commercial operation after January 1, 2025, and before December 31, 2025; and\n(2) a facility that:\n(A) is proposed to be constructed under or is operating under a new source review permit that authorizes the construction or operation of a portland cement kiln; and\n(B) is associated with a facility that produces aggregates at an aggregate production operation.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1171 (S.B. 1758), Sec. 1, eff.
