Health and Safety Code § 384.004","heading":"FUNCTIONS; ORGANIZATION.","body":"An organization created under this chapter shall:\n(1) represent all counties within a nonattainment area;\n(2) have a board of directors appointed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter;\n(3) have the power, authority, and limitations provided by this chapter; and\n(4) have bylaws setting forth its organization and procedures, including provisions for conflicts of interest.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 128, Sec. 1, eff.
