Health and Safety Code § 384.014","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT.","body":"By March 1 of each year each area organization shall file with the commission and the regional council of governments an annual report for the preceding calendar year. The annual report shall contain a financial accounting, an accounting of emission reduction credits, and a listing of all emission reduction credit transactions entered into by the organization.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 128, Sec. 1, eff.
